Black screen after playing match

When I completed a match after playing I can't go back it shows a black screen and I need to restart the game again the rewards I get from playing the match I don't get it.

crashing
freezing

    Hey 0364beg2b38r​. Could you please confirm whether you're using a mobile data connection or Wi-Fi? If possible, could you also try testing a different network to see if the issue persists? I've seen similar issues that were caused by connectivity problems, so I just wanted to rule that out first.
