Bought a pack with gems, didn't get the pack, gems were gone.

Hello. I was playing the new TOTY event on EA FC mobile. I bought a pack for 18700 or something gems. As my internet connection was slow, the pack got purchased but I didn't get any players, it showed a network error sign, and my gems were not there as well. It's very frustrating, I have been grinding for 1 month to do something good during TOTY and I have been cheated. Please help me. This is disgusting, I have no motivation left to play the game. My uid : 680776391841222656. Please help me out.

This was my original issue. I have connected with the support team several times, each time they have driven me to different directions. Like : open a new case so we can validate your id, report it on the forums.

Now I am here , reporting it , here. Please give me my gems back. I did a lot to earn it.

Happened to me as well. Don't bother asking EA for help. They are messed up.

sometimes it happens due to network issues. You'll get an error message, and when you log back in you see the pack animation but the rewards are added in your account. Make sure check your reserves and see if any new player was added.

Well, I did reach out to the support team. Had 3 different person chatting with me . I tried to solve my problem each time, but they sent me to somewhat else.
They say do this, lost this report this blah blah blah. We need to verify etc...

I had a similar problem where I payed 500 for another chance in weekend challenge (Toty) and it was a minute left until it ended and I clicked play match but it lagged for a bit and said this is now over please resume when event happens again. I thought that okay I was just to late but when I went back to home screen the gems had just gone and I didn't get the spare attempt.
Do ea even reply and do something about these things or just ditch them and don't go back to them?
