Bug in H2H match

I just experienced a bug while playing the h2h division rival mode. The beginning of the match started everything went smoothly, but when the opposing player got a penalty kick suddenly a bug occurred which caused the pitch to turn gray, the distance of the camera to the pitch became very close, and the command buttons can't be used, this bug occurred until the first half ended but the match timer was stuck at 45 minutes, so I was forced to leave the game, it is possible that the opposing player also experienced the same thing.
