Hey there, welcome to our forums. If the issue only happens while using Wi-Fi, here are a few things you can check:
- IPv6 conflict – Log in to your router - Find IPv6 - Disable it - Restart the router.
- Router firewall / parental controls – Make sure nothing is blocking game traffic.
- Forget the Wi-Fi network – Remove it from your device and reconnect.
- VPN / Smart DNS / Proxy – Disable any of these if enabled.
- Test another Wi-Fi network – See if the issue happens elsewhere.
