why is graphic options restricted?

i understand the game is trying to be as optimized ad possible especially since it is a mobile game, but many if not all other mobile games have the option to test higher graphics quality presets and apply them, it is really annoying since my honor x9a runs on a snapdragon 685 and some devices with worse performance have way better quality presets, just enable the option to change fps/ graphics in the game, there is no reason at all for graphical option to be restricted. IT IS JUST VERY VERY ANNOYING  i want my game to be smooth and look good, and if I know my device is capable of it , i will do it, im very sure many other poeple would also want this. this mostly happens on andriod devices, EA just assumes that Iphone can handle the game while android cant, capping any option to increasy graphics
