I completely finished the mission with requirements but its not showing

In future star event where i have to score a hattrick i scored hat trick emmanul elengha but its showing progress i am also winning the match i reclaimed it but still not able to claim

Some screen shots would be helpful - I scored the hat trick and it counted, so it doesn’t seem to be a universal bug

Are you using the base player item that you received from the event in order to complete the objective?
