In the record breakers section there is the condition Assist for 6 goals with Messi, but during the match the condition 0/8 appears. In addition, these conditions also appear in the weekend challenge matches. I hope those of us who suffered from this bug will receive a reward.

I would like to report an issue with the Record Breakers challenge on December 21, 2025.
The challenge description stated that players needed 6 assists with Messi, but in actual gameplay the requirement was 8 assists, making the challenge impossible to complete even after achieving 6 or 7 assists.
This mismatch affected my gameplay experience, and I kindly ask your team to review the issue and consider compensation for affected players.

Whatever became of this issue? Did EA decide that those of us who completed the stated challenge (6 assists with Messi) are just out of luck? Many of us spent considerable time (close to two hours for me) to successfully complete the challenge and it’s more than a little frustrating that the event is now ending and we don’t have the shards we felt we had earned. But what’s MOST frustrating is that EA doesn’t seem to feel that it owes us the courtesy/respect of an explanation. A brief update would be appreciated.
