My tradable player changed into untradable player

Critical Bug Report – FC Mobile

On 28 January, I purchased the Nesta player card legitimately through the in-game market/store.

As of 29 January, the card has unexpectedly transformed into an untradable/glitched player asset, with corrupted data

This issue makes the card completely unusable, indicating a server-side or database synchronization error.

This is a serious progression-blocking bug affecting paid/earned assets. I request immediate investigation, restoration of the Nesta card, or full compensation for the loss.
