Bug Report – Incorrect Player Rating From 15,000 Gems Limited Mega Bundle Pack

Hello EA Team,

I would like to report a bug I experienced with the 15,000 Gems Limited Mega Bundle Pack, which states that it guarantees players rated 111–115. When I opened the pack, I received a 108-rated player, which does not match the pack’s stated guarantee.

This seems to be an issue with the pack reward system not delivering the correct rating. Please review and address this as soon as possible.
