Bug Report – Missing Reward From 60,000 League Tokens Pack (Al Owairan 114)

Hello EA Team,

I would like to report an issue I experienced with the 60,000 League Tokens pack for the 114-rated Al Owairan reward.

After opening the pack, the game glitched, and I did not receive the player. I checked my in-game inbox, but there were no rewards. My 60,000 League Tokens were deducted, but the expected player was not delivered.

Please kindly look into this issue and help restore the missing reward or correct the error.
