I am facing the exact same issue. The TOTY Kickoff Tab is missing on my main account (UID:removed) since TOTY started, but it appears correctly on a Guest account using the same device. This proves it is a server-side account bug . Please fix this and provide compensation for the lost daily rewards (gems, draft vouchers)

Did you complete the Kick Off Missions on your main account before the TOTY event started? If you already claimed the Day 7 grand prize, the Kick Off Missions won’t be available anymore.

As you can see in the screenshot I attached earlier, the menu item (tab) is completely missing. I would like to clarify again: I did NOT complete the Kickoff Missions, since the event had just started, how could I have completed them before it started? You can see it at 42:28 in EA Fc Mobile's Live Team of The Year video, which didn't appear for me when TOTY started:

This is clearly a technical synchronization error between the server and my UID. Several players are reporting the same, please escalate the issue to the technical team for a manual account update. My UID is 991977602330873856

It was the same for me. I saw this Kickoff Missions mission in the Youtube live stream video, which was when TOTY started on January 15th, and it hasn't appeared for me since. I've been struggling with customer service for a week, but they don't understand that my account is not lost, but is syncing incorrectly with the TOTY event server. I've already done a clean reinstall and cleared the cache. This is a backend database error that affects my UID.

I am reporting a clear account-level discrimination regarding the TOTY Kickoff Missions. I have provided all technical details to the Help Desk, but I am being looped by bots asking for device info I already sent.
The proof of the bug is undeniable: The missions work perfectly in Guest Mode on the same device, but they are missing on my main active account. Furthermore, friends who are far less active in the game have the missions, while loyal, daily players like me are excluded. Is EA intentionally punishing active players or is your database flag system simply broken? We need an immediate account-side fix and an explanation for this negative discrimination. Stop the bot replies and escalate this to a specialist!
