I play FC Mobile a lot and I open many packs and complete events, but my pack luck is extremely bad. I never get 117 OVR players, while many other players seem to get them.
It feels very unfair and a bit frustrating because I spend a lot of time in the game. I hope you can check if everything is normal with my account.

That's RNG at play, sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't. Everyone is in the same boat.
