Did you complete the Kick Off Missions on your main account before the TOTY event started? If you already claimed the Day 7 grand prize, the Kick Off Missions won’t be available anymore.
As you can see in the screenshot I attached earlier, the menu item (tab) is completely missing. I would like to clarify again: I did NOT complete the Kickoff Missions, since the event had just started, how could I have completed them before it started? You can see it at 42:28 in EA Fc Mobile's Live Team of The Year video, which didn't appear for me when TOTY started:

This is clearly a technical synchronization error between the server and my UID. Several players are reporting the same, please escalate the issue to the technical team for a manual account update. My UID is 991977602330873856

It was the same for me. I saw this Kickoff Missions mission in the Youtube live stream video, which was when TOTY started on January 15th, and it hasn't appeared for me since. I've been struggling with customer service for a week, but they don't understand that my account is not lost, but is syncing incorrectly with the TOTY event server. I've already done a clean reinstall and cleared the cache. This is a backend database error that affects my UID.

It's not just the Kickoff Missions. I realized it before, that the UEFA Primetime Matchday 7 was also broken for me - I couldn't earn points or participate. It seems my entire account is failing to synch with some live events. This is a massive disadvantage as I'm missing out on multiple event rewards simultaneously. I am reporting a persistent bug where the Kickoff Missions are completely missing from my main account, while they appear perfectly in Guest Mode on the same device. This clearly proves the issue is account-bound and server-side.
My experience with EA Help has been extremely frustrating and contradictory. Advisor Mayank officially admitted it was a "developmental level bug" and forwarded it to the devs. However, Advisor Joyce later denied the existence of the error and refused to escalate my case to a Senior Manager, effectively blocking any manual compensation for the missing Gems and Vouchers.
I have already cleared the cache, reinstalled the game, and finished all Foundation quests, but nothing worked. It is unacceptable that active players are being locked out of rewards while support provides no ETA or solution. I am requesting a Community Manager to review this case and provide the manual compensation that the regular support team refuses to grant despite the confirmed bug.
