[BUG REPORT] No Access to Player Exchange – Level 33,Still Locked
Dear EA FC Mobile Team and Community,
I am reporting a long-standing issue with my account that remains unresolved even after a month of attempts. I still do not have access to the Player Exchange feature, despite reaching Level 33 and completing the Kickoff tutorial.
I am unsure whether this is due to a bug in the beginner tutorial system. Currently, I do not see any tutorial-related tasks in my task list at all. They seem to have completely disappeared. Yet I’ve already completed Kickoff and reached a level where Exchange should be fully unlocked.
I have:
- Reinstalled the game
- Cleared cache
- Restarted device and network
- Even performed a factory reset
- Contacted multiple advisors who gave conflicting instructions
- Also, I tried this on 3 devices, these are all the valid devices. None of them is an emulator.
- they are all ineffective.
Nothing worked. I have never used emulators or any unauthorized tools, and I’m playing on a standard mobile device. I have also spent a significant amount of money on this account, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
At this point, I feel like I’ve exhausted all reasonable solutions. All I want is to access a basic game feature that should already be unlocked for my account level.
Please take this seriously and escalate the issue to the development or technical team. I am ready to provide screenshots or account details via DM if required.
