[BUG REPORT] No Access to Player Exchange – Level 33,Still Locked

Dear EA FC Mobile Team and Community,

 

I am reporting a long-standing issue with my account that remains unresolved even after a month of attempts. I still do not have access to the Player Exchange feature, despite reaching Level 33 and completing the Kickoff tutorial.

 

I am unsure whether this is due to a bug in the beginner tutorial system. Currently, I do not see any tutorial-related tasks in my task list at all. They seem to have completely disappeared. Yet I’ve already completed Kickoff and reached a level where Exchange should be fully unlocked.

 

I have:

 

  • Reinstalled the game
  • Cleared cache
  • Restarted device and network
  • Even performed a factory reset
  • Contacted multiple advisors who gave conflicting instructions
  • Also, I tried this on 3 devices, these are all the valid devices. None of them is an emulator.
  • they are all ineffective.

 

 

Nothing worked. I have never used emulators or any unauthorized tools, and I’m playing on a standard mobile device. I have also spent a significant amount of money on this account, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

 

At this point, I feel like I’ve exhausted all reasonable solutions. All I want is to access a basic game feature that should already be unlocked for my account level.

 

Please take this seriously and escalate the issue to the development or technical team. I am ready to provide screenshots or account details via DM if required.

    I'm very grateful that you've helped me a lot. But I'm sorry. If possible, I still would like to know approximately how long the processing time will be. It's okay if you can't determine it. Thank you.

    Hi again, thanks for your reply.

    Since this issue has already caused loss of time-limited content (e.g. Cole Exchange), I would like to know:

    - Has the game team acknowledged this as a known bug?
    - Will the missing Exchange access be manually enabled for affected accounts?
    - Is there an ETA for resolution?

    This issue is not just technical, it is tied to **real-time gameplay progression** and **user purchases**. A generic reply without timeline or confirmation 。。I think it is hard to acceptable for a paying user.

    Please escalate this further or provide a more transparent update. Thank you.

    I just wanted to leave a quick follow-up here in case someone with more experience sees this.

     

    If any community manager, content creator, or long-time player happens to read this post, I’d be deeply grateful if you could help bring this issue to the attention of the right people at EA. I’ve tried every solution that was suggested, and the feature is still locked.

     

    I know this probably seems small in the grand scheme of things, but for those of us who truly love this game and invest time (and money) into it, being stuck like this is frustrating and disheartening.

  • Update from EA Support:

    My official bug report (Case #215929984) was closed with status “No Fix Available.”

    I’m honestly speechless. I’ve invested so much time and followed every troubleshooting step. I still don’t have access to Player Exchange at Level 33, and now there’s no fix?

     

    If anyone knows a way to escalate this or contact someone from the dev team, please let me know. This can’t be the end of it.

    It’s been a while since I posted this, and I still haven’t received any official response or acknowledgment. I understand the team may be busy, but I would deeply appreciate any update or confirmation that this issue has been noted and passed to the appropriate department.

     

    I’ve tried everything I can from my side, and at this point I just need clarity:

    Is this being investigated? Or should I stop waiting and accept that nothing will change?
