Hi pwtm7afefrdp,

I'm sorry, we can't help with those cases on the EA Forums. If you've allowed for 24hrs for the content to arrive and it hasn't appeared, try clearing your in-game cache and reloading the game.

If it still doesn't come through, create an in-game ticket to open a case with our support team, and they'll take a look into this for you. For any content you purchased, you'll need to grab valid proof of purchase (PoP) (check out the heading 'iTunes and App Store' for in-game purchases).
