Hello EA Support Team and Community Managers,
I am posting this as an urgent follow-up to my original bug report regarding the "A Nation's Story: NED" event in FC Mobile.
- Issue Summary: I successfully purchased the Shard Pack 10 times using FIFA Points, thus completing the requirement to unlock the next pack. However, the subsequent reward pack remains locked (Bug). This is a critical issue involving missing content purchased with real-money currency.
- Live Chat Escalation Problem: I attempted to resolve this instantly via Live Chat today. After a prolonged wait, I was connected to an agent who explicitly stated they were NOT specialized in mobile games (FC Mobile). This resulted in wasted time and a necessary internal transfer.
- Official Case Number: The agent created a new official case which has been supposedly transferred to the correct team:

Given that this issue relates to a paid purchase and the failed assistance from the Live Chat team, I kindly request that the Community Managers intervene and escalate this official case number (#231893688) internally to ensure the specialized FC Mobile team addresses this urgently.
