Dear FC Mobile Support Team,
I am writing to formally submit a complaint and request a refund regarding my experience with FC Mobile.
I have invested real money into the game on multiple occasions, including purchasing the Star Pass several times. These purchases are not insignificant, and I expect a fair, stable, and properly functioning game in return.
Unfortunately, I have experienced numerous serious issues and anomalies in the game. There are frequent situations where other players appear to use exploits or unfair methods that result in my match being forcibly exited. When this happens, I am removed from the game and automatically given a loss, causing me to lose progress, rewards, and time through no fault of my own.
This creates an unfair and frustrating experience, especially for players like me who spend real money. If the game environment is not stable, secure, and balanced, then continuing to invest money into it is not justified.
Because of these ongoing problems, I am requesting:
A review of my account and match history
An explanation for these repeated forced disconnections and losses
A refund or appropriate compensation for my purchases, particularly the Star Pass, due to the game’s technical issues and unfair gameplay experience
