Bugged league applications - can't accept or decline

Have a problem with the league applications section in FC Mobile All applications show "level 0", and I can't accept or reject them - the buttons don't work. Please help me clear these stuck applic...

Does it show Error 20074 when you reject, and then say the league feature is locked with Error 200007 when you try to accept?

It has been bugged for a while. My league has about a dozen stuck like this. On Discord, it looks like it was acknowledged, but I have not seen any fixes or chatter about it yet. I just tagged the original thread as one of EA staff has escalated this up.
