Can’t redeem codes

Could you open the game and, in the Settings options, under Account Management, take a screenshot of what you see?

Then open your EA account, and head to the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings portal. Do you see your FC Mobile account show up there?

I’ve gone to “Link accounts” and it does say my EA account is linked. And i do not see my FC mobile account in my EA account settings portal.

Does it show you what EA account you've linked it too? If not, you may need to connect with our support team and share your UID with them to help figure this out.
