Cancel a pending order in webstore

I am not able to cancel a pending order for which the payment is not done and is showing pending...how should I cancel it

Hey there. Based on the info on our website, “Pending” means we’re still waiting for your payment provider to send us an update. If the transaction fails, it will be cancelled automatically.

If the payment eventually goes through and completes, you can then request a refund, following the standard refund process for your platform/payment method.
