Cannot claim reward – Error 500006

I cannot claim my reward from the Right Flank Attack event in FC Mobile.

I keep getting this error: UNKNOWN ERROR [500006].

I have tried changing network, resetting network settings, reinstalling the game, and logging in again, but it still doesn't work.

I have not received the 20,000,000 coins reward.
