Can’t Claim Badge Reward
It’s not letting me claim the badge rewards for UCL Dreamchasers and this unknown error message keeps popping up.

Hello EA,
I cannot claim my reward from the Right Flank Attack event in FC Mobile.
I keep getting this error: UNKNOWN ERROR [500006].
I have tried:
- Changing network
- Reset network settings
- Reinstalling the game
- Logging out and logging in again
But I still cannot claim the reward and I have not received the 20,000,000 coins.
My details:
EA ID: (isi EA ID kamu)
User ID: Removed
Device: iPhone
Login Method: EA Account
Please help me fix this problem or send the reward to my account.
