Hey 4tglqislvixu. Thanks for joining our forums. Could you confirm if your phone language is currently set to English? If not, please try changing it to English temporarily and then test your purchase again.
Also, look through your purchase history on your phone to see if there are any pending or processing transactions. Clearing cache data may also help in this situation.
