Hey hwqhrxbm9f1e​ Please try clearing the cache in case a file is stuck or hasn’t updated properly. As mentioned above, it would also help if you could share a screenshot of what you’re seeing and let us know your region. There's also an external webstore available in some regions. 

I tried it but it still doesn't work 

Could you confirm which device you’re playing on and your current OS version? Also, is your device language set to English?

Please also try switching networks and changing your default web browser to see if that makes any difference.
