Can't complete a UCL RTTF quest.

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:iOS
What's your device's make and model? IPhone XR
What's your device's firmware? IOS 17.4.1
What is your game version? Latest
In what game mode did the bug occur? Live Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot get UCL tokens to claim a player on quarter-final to finish the last quest on UCL road to the finals
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 04/19/2024 at 11AM PST

I know this isn't really classified as a bug and its just a mistake from EA, but it is annoying as I do want to finish this quest so I can be done with it.

    @skilledisntpro That is because it was time based event. You were supposed to claim the rewards before the matches were played. Now the matches have ended you can't claim the rewards. However the final chapter is live you can complete that.
