Can't complete purchase – age issue

 

 

Hi,  

When I try to make a purchase in FC Mobile, I get a message saying I can't complete the transaction due to age restrictions.  

I'm not sure why this is happening, since everything was working fine before.  

I just want to clarify that I am over 18.  

Could you please check this issue and help me fix it?

    Hey there. Have you tried restarting your device and logging back into your account?
    Also check the Play Store on your phone to make sure you’re signed in with the correct profile.
    If the issue continues, try completing the purchase directly through the online Webstore to see if that works.

    Thank you for your quick response. I have already tried restarting my device and logging back into my account. I also checked the Play Store, and I am signed in with the correct profile. However, the problem persists. I have tried making the purchase through the online webstore multiple times, but it still shows that I am detected as underage, which is incorrect. Could you please assist me with correcting my birth year to reflect that I am of legal age? I appreciate your help and apologize for any inconvenience.
