Can't exchange toty for utoty

You need to show us some screenshots....

I packed dembele..ranked him up to gold rank 30+level training and tried exchanging him for the utoty version but he would not show up and it would send a pop up message saying he's in my squad but when I remove him I still get the same message 

So i got haaland 115 utoty and thought it would be alright to use him as part of another utoty exchange since he is a 115 toty player but he isn't viewable? so what's up with that?

Also another question, why is 115 etoo not usable as well as a 115 toty player?other toty icons are there so I'm super confused, made sure he's not in any lineup as he shows up in other exchanges but not in utoty one?

Have you checked other lineups?

Please make sure to check your other lineups and the players on the bench as well — it’s easy to miss them.

I also faced same problem I have mbappe card but I can't exchange in utoty even I remove all my team main and bench player.

Chevk all lineups and remove him (first 11 and bench)

It's likely the same situation to the one reported here
