Can't exchange toty for utoty

I had purchased TOTY Rice from the market ranked him up to 120 and i can't use it for the UTOTY excange , player doesent show up even if it's not in any of my teams . Doesent show up in the badge sec...

I packed dembele..ranked him up to gold rank 30+level training and tried exchanging him for the utoty version but he would not show up and it would send a pop up message saying he's in my squad but when I remove him I still get the same message

Have you checked other lineups?
