Cant redeem code

Fc why I can't redeem code with my account even though I've already linked the account pleaseeeeee eaaaaaaaa I want redeem code I already linked to facebook google and ea account still canttt pleaseeee cuih

    Hi! Could you provide more details about what happens when you try to redeem the code? Do you see a specific error message?Please also make sure you are signed in to the redeem code website with the exact same EA Account linked to FC Mobile.
