I got the player "Zola" with a 109 rating from a 3,000 gem pack. Later, when I went to the puzzle exchanges, there was an offer to exchange a 101-rated player for 250 puzzle pieces. I thought, why not? And I made the exchange.
As a result, when I wanted to exchange my 109-rated Zola for the 111-rated version, the game showed that I no longer had the 109-rated Zola card. I think a bug occurred in the game.
I kindly ask you to return this player's card to me.
Question one: You have a 101 card that is 250 puzzle pieces?
Second question: You made the exchange and decided to take some screen shots? Because why not?
Third : Nowhere in the pictures shows that you don't have the Zola card

Firstly, I already told that because of a bug the game showed me my Zola card as a 101 player card.
Secondly, I took screenshots cause I wanted to share with my friends who also play this game. It's non of your business anyway.
Thirdly, how would I show the thing that's already gone? Among the screenshots you can see the one I got 250 puzzles, which turns out to be given only for a 109 rated player. How's that not enough for you?
Also, how's that helping me solve the case?
