Unable to buy "Elite Monthly Supply Card"

Hello,

Since the release of the "Elite Monthly Supply Card" somewhere last week i was trying to buy it from the ingame store, however it is impossible to make this purchase since the purchase values in the in-game store appear is "499" instead of "4,99 €" what it should be. 

When trying to make the purchase it gives the error:
"PURCHASE FAILED"
Sorry, the transaction was not succesful.
Please login to your application store account and try again.

However other purchases from the store work just fine.
The problem only shows up with "Elite Monthly Supply Card" and also "UEFA Dreamchasers Welcome Pack Ultra".

I tried contacting the ingame support, but they are not very helpful in looking what the issue is.
Only thing they can do is link the standard troubleshooting stuff (wich i did). 
And say it's a problem with the AppStore from Apple (wich i doubt, since all other transactions work).
