How to log in to an account that suddenly disappeared?

What do you mean exactly that your account has suddenly disappeared? Did you lose your guest account progress, or is it an issue with an account that you've linked?

What I mean is I couldn't log in to my FC account, then I deleted FC and downloaded it again and suddenly I logged in to my old account, and i cant log in to my main account

Are you sure that you've logged in to the correct linked account? Assuming you're the same poster as iatdgnvktcq1​, you've just shown that you have multiple EA accounts. Could you try one of those?

So, I've tried logging in using my EA account, and what appears is my old account, then I tried using Facebook, the result is the same, then I also tried playing games, yes, still nothing

If you had your old account linked, then my guess is still that you're not logging in with the right linked account.

Do you still have the User ID of your missing account? If so, you can reach out to our live support team and they can take a look at restoring your missing progress for you.
