Cheating Program Causing Player Control Disruption (Disconnect Bug)
Hello EA FC Mobile Team,
I would like to report an issue that I encountered during a recent match, which I am confident was caused by the use of a cheating program, specifically related to a disconnect or control disruption bug.
During approximately the first 20 minutes of the match, I was unable to properly control my players. The only action available to me was tapping on the pitch to pass the ball. After this period, full player control returned to normal and the match proceeded without further issues.
I have been playing FC Mobile for a long time and have never experienced this behavior before, which strongly suggests that this was not a normal gameplay or network-related issue.
To clarify my setup during the match:
- I was using a wired LAN connection
- Wi-Fi and cellular data were completely turned off
Given these conditions and my long-term experience with the game, I believe this issue was not caused by connection instability on my side, but rather by intentional misuse of a cheating program by the opposing player.
I have already submitted a report through the in-game reporting system after the match. I am reposting this here to:
- Request clarification on the possible cause of this issue
- Ask whether this type of exploit or cheating behavior is currently known or under investigation
- Confirm that, if cheating is verified, the offending player has received or will receive appropriate disciplinary action
