**Subject:** Complaint Regarding Unfair AI Difficulty in Manager Mode  

Dear EA Support Team,  

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current gameplay balance in Manager Mode. My team rating is 120, yet I find it extremely difficult — sometimes even impossible — to win against AI teams with ratings around 97.  

As players, we have invested both time and money into the game, expecting a fair and enjoyable competition. However, the AI’s unrealistic performance feels frustrating and discouraging, especially when lower-rated teams display performance far beyond what their rating should indicate.  

This situation makes it seem as though our investments and efforts are being undermined, and it significantly reduces the overall gaming experience. I kindly request that you review and adjust the gameplay balance to make matches more fair and enjoyable for all players.
