CONNECTION ISSUE

I just had the worst 3 days, fc mobile wise that is, because I keep struggling with connectivity since the new TOTS reset. It was perfectly fine but now I can't control my players, no skill move response, can barely even turn and sometimes it just switches to automatic no matter what I do. I have switched to mobile data, restarted my mobile device, cleared all cache, cleared any network traffic for my WiFi and still I can't have a good game. Someone please help fix this am losing my mind.
