connection problem

I'm having problems with my connection in the game. When I want to connect with another person, my game will run slowly when playing. This has made me lose matches 

freezing

    Hi kwameaugusco​. Sorry to hear about the trouble with the connection.  Would you mind sharing some additional information to help us better understand the problem: 

    • Are all game modes affected by this? 
    • Your device model
    • Your device OS version
    • whether you are using Wi-Fi or mobile data

    Once we have those details, we can look into it further.
