Constant Loading Screen and Automatic Logout After Matches

Every time I finish playing, there's a bug, the wifi is smooth but then it keeps going round and round and gets stuck, the wifi is smooth but suddenly it logs out by itself, please fix it, I'm really annoyed every time I play I have to log in again, I'm fed up, please fix it

    Hi there. Welcome to our forums. If FC Mobile is getting stuck on the loading please try the following steps first and give us a shout if you need more help:

    1. Force close FC Mobile completely and reopen it.
    2. Clear the FC Mobile app cache from your Android settings.
    3. Make sure FC Mobile, Google Play Games, and Android are fully updated.
    4. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test whether the issue is connection-specific
    5. Check any other devices currently connected to your wifi that could affect the bandwidth 
    6. If your account is linked, reinstall FC Mobile and sign back in.
    7. If possible, test the account on another Android device to determine whether the issue is device-related or account-related. Thanks
