    am restartat jocul și tot așa apare, am comutat de pe wifi pe date mobile și tot nu e nicio schimbare, e actualizat jocul, l-am reinstalat și degeaba iar memoria cache nu știu de unde să o sterg

    Hi REIANDREI​ Thanks for the report. Could you please let us know exactly when the error appears in the game? For example, does it happen when you launch the game, try to log in, enter a specific mode, start a match, claim rewards, or open the Store or Events?

    Please also let us know what troubleshooting steps you have already tried, such as:

    • restarting the game or your device,
    • switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data,
    • clearing the app cache,
    • checking for game updates,
    • reinstalling FC Mobile.

    Once we have those details, we can better understand what may be causing the issue.

     

  • On the morning of May 1, 2026, I received four more daily quests that award experience, Star Pass points, puzzles, and gems. An error occurred on one of the quests. When I clicked the "Receive" button, an error message appeared and I was returned to the main screen. It was impossible to complete the quests and receive rewards. I followed all the recommendations in the game chat, but nothing helped. I was advised to write to you. My progress in the game has practically stopped. It looks like there is a bug in my account that only the developers can fix. Eight days without rewards is already too long. Please look at the attached files and fix my account!
