Didnt get holi challenge rewards(400 rankup points)

I completed  the holi challenge until the second last match (until where 400 rankup tokens are added to the prize pool) and then forfeited from there , but i just received training transfer points but no rankup points, i dont know what type of glitch this is but please grant me my rewards inbox.
