Disconnection when winning vs loosing

Hi, some of us have noticed it When we leave a match when i am loosing, we get a star removed, but when we leave when we am winning at the last minute or or opponent disconnects and we too quit due to some reasons we get nothing except a message telling us that the match is over. Isn't this injustice?
