Division Mode Crashing & Unfair Matchmaking – Very Frustrating

Hello,

I’m really frustrated with Division mode right now.

I play Division around 5 hours a day, but my stars are not increasing properly. The matchmaking also feels very unfair — I keep getting matched against opponents that don’t make sense in terms of level/strength.

On top of that, the game keeps crashing during Division matches. This makes it even harder to rank up and reach higher stars.

This current event also requires a lot of gems, and gems are already hard to earn. I’ve spent many gems, but because of crashes and unfair matchmaking, it feels impossible to progress.

Please fix the crashing issue and review the matchmaking system. This is really affecting my gameplay experience.
