Division rivals - Matchmaking failed

I want to report a problem here. My devison rivals Doesn't work. When I press play they leave me waiting and then they say Matchmaking failed. And I also cant play with My friend and to tasks. My internet Works realy good so its not There problem. Please help me.

    Hi there. Sorry to hear about your trouble with matchmaking. Please try the steps below and check if they help improve things for you:

    1. Fully close FC Mobile, then restart your phone.
    2. Clear the FC Mobile cache.
      • Android: Go to Settings > Apps > FC Mobile > Storage & cache > Clear cache.
      • iPhone/iPad: Try offloading the app, then reopen it.
    3. Switch your connection and test again. If you’re using Wi-Fi, try mobile data (both 4G and 5G). If you’re using mobile data, try Wi-Fi.
    4. Turn Airplane Mode on for about 10 seconds, then turn it off and reopen the game.
    5. If you’re on Wi-Fi, forget the network and reconnect. If the issue continues, try resetting your network settings.
    6. Make sure FC Mobile and your device OS are fully up to date, and keep a few GB of free storage available.
