Division rivals crash

I can't play my division rivals with my wifi. Connects If I started the match it's taken too much time and showing match making failed and again trying to start it's showing match making failed because match is already underway I have lost soo many stars due to this issue I have tried so many things to solve this but it's not solving pls take any actions regarding this
