Division Rivals Glitch

It has happened many times, after finishing one game in head to head I immediately clicked on the play button after an opponent is found and I clicked ready I got stuck in the loading screen. I waited for 5 6 minutes and I am still there, then I restarted the game and what happened I lost the match without even playing. This is really **bleep** and it pisses me a lott. Kindly fix this
