From what you described, especially if this is happening on the FC Mobile Webstore, it usually means the Webstore is signed into an EA Account that is not the same account linked to your FC Mobile progress.
Please try these steps:
- Open the Webstore in a new private/incognito browser tab.
- Sign in manually, and double-check the email/login details instead of using saved autofill details.
- Make sure your current FC mobile account is linked to EA account and that you use your EA account login details
- Clear your browser cookies/cache, then sign into the Webstore again with the same EA Account linked in-game.
