EA bug

Everytime I try opening up a pack or join a Capped challenge EA starts bugging out . My internet connection works perfectly. So why does it do so? Also I keep on getting the same 111 every time I open a pack so far this week has been lots of troubles. I also believe this message won't even be heard of soon.

Please EA try helping others that's in need.
