Ea i need my blanc compensation reward 😡

Hi ea i contacted customer service in fc mobile but they didn't do any thing so basically i purchased blanc from shards system that cost me 51 200 shards after doing that rank him up to max level then glitch happen it turn in to 88 blanc player what the heck i need my compensation reward that other people got i did not get it if you wan evidence here it is iam serous about this i need it i contact fc mobile customer support in game but they closed my conversation i am furious about this do something EA
