EA PLEASE HELP

I had many around 25-30 aqua and inferno players ranging from 100-105 over. And they all suddenly vanished from my team. And they are not in my inventory. Please help there were around 300 shards worth of aqua and inferno player 😭🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
