Ea scammed me

I bought the Steven Gerrard welcome 116+5 and 1 draft ticket  and it deducted the amount but I am still yet to receive the items I bought. They scammed me.

    Hi Ea Support 

    Dear Ea Support please help me as I bought the Steven Gerrard welcome card and 1 draft token and it deducted the amount but I haven't received the purchase at all. Please help me i feel like I got scammed
