EA SPORTS FC Mobile Performance, FPS, and Optimization Issues

Ever since i got my new phone (Samsung Galaxy A55 ) it has been severly underperforming in FC Mobile while it shouldn't, i have been playing for several years but these past 2 years i just couldn't play this game cause of these fps/performance issues, the gameplay feels choppy cause of these fps and performance issues and thats why i have tried to avoid playing it, but i wanna return and this one thing is holding me back again. Even tho my in the past (back in Fifa Mobile's last season (23) ) my even older phone was performing better on both Fifa Mobile 23 and when the switch to the EA FC Mobile game engine happened despite having worse specs. I wanna know why this specific phone is underperforming in EA FC Mobile and i wanna know if there could be a fix of some sort via a patch or something.

I responded to a similar query. Optimisations are always happening in the background, but when it comes to budget phones, more often than not, it's best to lock out high-end settings for the sake of playability. Game play issue | EA Forums - 13254332

My phone is tecno camon 30. Its has 120 hz refresh rate. Efootball supports 60 hz though fc Mobile doesnt, why?

I'm writing to report a performance issue on my Infinix Hot 40 Pro, which is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor (8GB RAM, 120Hz display).

The 60 FPS option is completely unavailable in EA SPORTS FC Mobile, even though this chipset is more than capable of handling it. Other graphic-intensive games run at 60fps and above on this device without any issues.

This is clearly not a hardware limitation — it's a missing software optimization on EA's side. Many players with Helio G99 devices are facing the same problem, and we'd appreciate an official response and a fix in an upcoming update.

Please add Helio G99 to the list of supported devices for 60 FPS.

Dear Support Team,

I am writing because EA Sports FC Mobile is severely underperforming on my device. I am playing on a very powerful Xiaomi gaming phone, yet the game never exceeds 56 FPS.

The game clearly needs to be optimized for my device. The hardware is more than capable, so I expect the software to utilize it properly. Please solve this optimization issue so the game can run at a smooth minimum of 120 FPS, which is the standard for high-end gaming phones.

I look forward to a swift update that fixes this problem.
